build art car using parts from 1930s house you tore down in the ghetto. build with help from members of houston animal rights team, iswa, and snap. campaign against spaying and neutering as well as chaining. houston is a good choice for art cars, because the parade includes hundreds of cars and many thousands of viewers. however, do not allow a half drunk man to drive your art car, because he will haul ass and leave the dozen people you have lined up to walk with the car in the dust. it still may be possible to run after the car with your spay and neuter flags however. good builders include michol, alma, melissa, myself, natalie, and some others.
